Take A Minute Campaign
In this special anniversary year, we are going to be using every opportunity to ask our staff, families, friends, trustees, pupils and teachers in partner schools and supporters in parishes throughout the Brentwood Diocese to stop and take a minute to think about the work we do.
We want to take time to reflect on how we have helped children, young people and their families in the last 35 years and to envisage how our work will take shape in the years ahead.
Our Take A Minute Campaign will take on different guises throughout the year and may be as simple as asking you to share our posts on Twitter and Facebook, to tell someone about our work, to join in with one of our challenges, come along to an event, pass on our Newsletter to a friend who may be in need of our services – the list of how you can help us is endless.
On social media, we will ask you to use the hashtag #TakeAMinute when you retweet or share our posts, which will allow you to be part of our special 35th Anniversary community and celebrations; it will also help us to categorize our posts so people can search for them more easily.
In January, we are asking you to take a minute to think about the children and young people whom we support if you are visiting the crib in your local parish, to follow us on social media and look out for our special anniversary Newsletter which will be published towards the end of the month.
This year, we are hoping to share our story with more people who might be in need of our services, to help more teachers to provide better support to children who may be vulnerable in the classroom, to see more children, young people and families in schools and in our counselling suites at Childcare House - with your help, we hope we can achieve this.
Why not take a minute and join in?
