Get Involved

There are lots of ways you can help bccs in supporting children and their families who may be struggling with mental health or emotional difficulties.

You could fundraise for us by challenging yourself to a parachute jump or a 5K run, or you could host a Charity Quiz Night or a coffee morning.

All the money you raise would go towards our work with children and young people throughout Essex and East London.

You can help us too by joining us at one of our events - we always love to meet new people at our regular events such as our Ladies' Lunches in June and December and our Charity Ball in March; read more about our events below.

If you use social media, you can also help us by increasing awareness about what we do and who we are - share our posts on Facebook - bccscharity and like our tweets on Twitter @bccs_charity.

You can also keep in touch with our work via our Newsletter here, or ask us to email you your own copy three times a year by emailing Libby.
